Announcement of Change in Representative Director
Waitinglist Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "Waitinglist"), a developer of amusement poker businesses, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tsubasa Okazaki as Representative Director, effective July 1, 2026.
■ Executive Transition
Since our establishment, Waitinglist has focused on the development of the amusement poker industry by providing industry-specific portal sites and managing tournaments.
To further accelerate the vitalization of the Japanese poker scene and transition into our next growth phase, we have reviewed our management structure in anticipation of future business expansion. Consequently, we are transitioning to a new leadership team following the change in Representative Director.

Under this new leadership, we will aggressively drive our services forward and pursue new business developments.
