Privacy Policy

Waitinglist Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes, in conducting its business, the importance of personal information and considers that the proper handling of personal information is a social responsibility. Therefore, in order for the Company to address the proper handling of personal information as an organization, it hereby establishes the following Privacy Policy, makes it known to its employees, and endeavors to protect personal information.

Handling of Personal Information

With respect to the handling of personal information of providers who have provided personal information to the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Customers"), the Company discloses the following matters in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company shall provide personal information to third parties (including third parties located outside Japan) only when the Customer has given consent, except in cases where laws and regulations, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, do not require the Customer's consent. This includes cases where the Customer applies for the service in agreement with the terms and conditions stating that personal information may be provided to third parties. When providing personal information to third parties located outside Japan, the Company may provide such information only to third parties that have established a system conforming to the standards necessary for continuously implementing the necessary and appropriate measures as stipulated under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Contractors

The Company may entrust all or part of the handling of personal information to third parties (including third parties located outside Japan) to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use.

5.Contact Information for Inquiries Regarding Disclosure of Personal Information

6. Revision
